I made the mistake of getting on that dreaded scale today. The numbers went up...so shouldn't my self worth too?

Thanks so much for all the supports and encouragement! I've been recommended for surgery for this issue and while that may help the numbers go down, I have to really remember that the number doesn't affect who *I* am, just the shape and size of the vessel.
