Wonderful Intent! Been working on this one myself. The best way I have found (thus far) to move into this is to embrace those parts of me that lead me to sabotaging myself -- which are almost always portions of me that are in fear. The more I resist that the more "underground it goes, but the more I embrace it, let it be heard, the easier it is to direct those energies into constructive -- rather than destructive-- directions. Would love to hear your approach to this, I'm always eager to hear new ideas and perspectives.
Yep...I have been an expert in this area at times. It is a hard thing to face but once you do, it is easier to forgive and move away. Fear is definitely a culprit in my life as well...I am trying to embrace it, all of it.

I agree that fear definitely leads to self-sabotage. Be it fear of rejection (ego), etc. fear is the bottom line culprit.
