Intent

When someone leaves it means that s~he has a reason to leave which sometimes has nothing to do with us. Even people who love each other are compelled to leave sometimes for some higher purpose or whatever reason, but in true love there's no separation whatsoever. Time and distance disappear as categories. This is one of the Coelho's theses I'm not quite supportive.
There always will be someone else and someone new in our lives. Relationships happen every single minute even by just walking on the street although maybe shallow or fleeting or maybe not, but however, all the relationships that had/have a certain depth and meaning are and always will remain timeless. Our life consists of relationships we build along the way. True relationships are those which allow us freedom in our personal integrity and which give us space to being socially active so as to help us become aware of the true meaning and the real value of those relationships we do care about.

There's one great saying of the famous Bosnian writer Mesa Selimovic author of the "Death and the Dervish" who says:
"Everything is going to pass. But what kind of a consolation is that? Our Joy will pass, our Love will pass, our Life will pass too ?!? Is that one only hope, to rely on the fact that we must hope that everything in our lives is going to pass ???

Wow, thank you Eva for taking the time to write down your thoughts for me. I agree with what you have to say. Even the one who has left has left timeless impressions and created a difference in my life, and at the end of the day we are all one, so no one really ever leaves. I see what you are saying.
