WHY? I have noticed that I am very hard on myself and understand more than ever how this harshness is affecting me long term. I know my own sense of self love will help me love life in a richer way.

I remember watching their fingers and, there is simply no other word but power as they move up and down the keys. Yet no one would call the power "banging" or "harsh"....gentle, strong grace and movement, passion and oneness. May your gentle grace know such strength and oneness. Thank you.
