walking is an absolutely wonderful way to exercise as fast or slow as you want to go does not matter because you are moving, breathing in and out the fresh air and you can see sooooo very much when you walk. I have never driven a car and have been a walker and bike rider since I was 8 years old...love it...keep walking :-)
