I intend to find a spiritual community in my area.
WHY? I'm from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and these communities are slim-to-none (at least in my research attempt).
I don't have a religious stamp on my beliefs and really don't want a community that forces you to. I just want my energy to flow baby!! (*: Preferably with like a meditation group...or something...? I guess I really have no idea where to start.
Perhaps I will just have to stick with my beautiful Intent community!! <3
HOW TO HELP: Any ideas on how I can find a community like this?
Have you considered starting a small meditation/prayer circle with local friends? That's how most communities begin, with a small circle...and quickly, other seekers are drawn...

Well, I live in London, Ontario Canada which isn't exactly in your area but my email address is shodgso... if you are interested in forming a more global spiritual group. Bridget is right about starting a local group as well...you will probably be surprised at how many like minded people are living so close by....

I have also been searching for friends of a like mind in my area.
In a search for crystal shops which also sell, incense, himalayan salt lamps, offer Reike massage, etc. I have found several. The have free healing circles, Reike circles, drumming circles, etc.
I've gone to one Reike circle, a wonderful experience, and plan on attending more. ((( hugs )))
