I intend to stop self-sabotaging behavior.
WHY? I start each day with a positive attitude and game plan for the day only to watch one thing and then another fall to the side; it runs the gammit from exercise to tasks. Then I end the day beating myself up about the things I didn't complete.

Thank you Prachi! When I got to the part about feeling defeated and not deserving good things in my life, I could've sworn they were writing about me. Starting now, I'm going to be easier on myself. Just knowing I have all this support makes me feel worthy and I will strive to think better of myself.

Sometimes we need to keep self sabotaging until, rattled to our core, we see we were giving away our self respect and the other would both never receive it nor EVER appreciate it...just wired differently...and suddenly we wake up and finally, can really move onward and just open into the freedom our walking tall respecting the essence and truth of who we are

Very true Beachgirl. I didn't want to mark this intent as fulfilled until I truly felt that I had left that sort of behavior behind me. Ahhhh....feels good to be rid of it. :)
