To put the health of my body & soul first, using baby steps to reach my goals.
WHY? I have spent too many years ignoring my body and its needs, and it's starting to catch up to me now. My biggest goal right now is to get up early every morning and go to the pool to do laps before I start my work day.
HOW TO HELP: Ask me how I'm doing with my goals ... tell me how you're doing with your goals ... tell me how hard it is but how worth it it all is in the end ... tell me I deserve to be healthy and fit.
INSPIRATION: My mom ... she always is and will be the inspiration for why I do everything I do.
