WHY? i've just come back from a 3 week trip to Texas with Felipe's girls, and then the Bay Area in California for strictly business...its time to settle in at home, ready for whats next!

My most inspiring business leader is no doubt our Dutch prince Willem Alexander and everything he does regarding "water management". And not to forget his wife Maxima who knows a lot about financial issues, starting ones own business and shares her knowledge with many around the world.

Tara Timilshina, Chetana Women Skill Development Program,Pokhara, Nepal. At the very young age of 15 she arrived with her new husband Khym from the mountains, no shoes, no home, not even a pot to cook in. They each worked for other families earning as their wage, food. Tara had an idea..."Oh Didi (sister), I had ideas already when I was eight years old". No formal education only a life well lived and learned brought her to the program which at the moment supports 22 ladies. Tara's goal is to have 100 ladies working and standing on their own two feet. "Didi, we have two hands and we are here and ready to work, do not give us money, give us work." Balance, harmony, structure, organization and efficiency do exist as well as a lot of humble, grateful gratitude...she is a woman on the move and one to watch and learn from.
