WHY? daily positive habits such as meditation, mindful breath and swimming take hold and get integrated as lifestyles with sustained effort. this intention is a gentle reminder for when i fall out of my healthy routine. i also intend on being kind on myself when i'm a little off the track, and get myself back on it with a smile.
