I intend to maintain my meditation practice as steady as the past 21 days!
WHY? I have done the Chopra's 21 day meditation challenge before, and the real struggle begins once the challenge is over, sometimes I've kept meditating for some time even months and then for some reason I start letting go of the practice. I want this time to be different because I feel great when I do keep meditating.
21/08/2012 : I fell of the wagon this past week.. 3 or 4 days.. and I started again today... I guess I'm a work in progress..
