I intend to feel the posture of a light being :)
when I reach the clearness in yoga meditation my inner sun warms my heart and body and I am bathing in the light. It is the same feelig as sitting in the sun, bathing in its light.......
I can feel the light ... Basking ....ahhh

You are a being made of light, energy, imagination, thoughts, feelings & memories. All of those things are non physical, of course.
Even every particle of your awareness of your physical body is, actually & of course, non physical. After all ... the awareness of your body, the feeling of your body, the knowing that you have a body, the thoughts that you are the body, the here and now experience of your physical body ... all of those things are non physical.
Every awareness, knowledge and understanding that you have had about being a physical being ... all of that has always been a non physical experience.
am a ray of the Sun beaming radiantly into a myriad of creative outcomes, one of them right NOW created Indian Summer.
My heart jumps for joy :)
so happy just to be able
to sit in the sun
feeling its warmth
having fun
in knowing that inside
is outside
and reverse
always able to rehearse
