WHY? Life is fleeting. Nothing is more important then the present moment.
HOW TO HELP: Change is inevitable and invaluable. Valuing each breath helps me focus on the illusory nature of life. How I respond is entirely my choice. I wish each breath to be a blessing to myself and others as all life is transitory.
