I was once taught, and keep in my mind that 'words are things', keeping them as verbs versus nouns, has helped me to use them with forethought. Though the nouns helped me visualise the potential results much more graphically, and that was a great beginning. You summed up the urgency and importance beautifully Joanne, thank you:)
