It is my mission to help others heal through the knowledge and application of Ayurvedic medicine, meditation and yoga and teach others how to live to their highest potential and discover dharma. This is the work that was written on my heart long ago. But on the day to day, I'm an ordinary person, a Mom of 3, a friend, a daughter and a sister. I'm one who loves to read and to write, to dance and to play, to remain in awe by God's creations and embrace this life and its wonders.
