WHY? I have not watched TV since Jan and I have been watching last 3 days...let me tell you with the news I am all spun out. There's a lot going on...wow, I tend to only see the good news and let the rest be but the world sure does need alot more positive energy so I am sending as much as I can.

Don't let "the news" spin you. They peddle fear, and we feed it just by watching it because it lowers our vibration and takes us out of peace. Let's center ourselves again in Love and spin some positive healing vibes into our world...Ready?

The news is the news and gave me a little bit of a wake up call that I had not heard in a while. I am absolutely never afraid and only let the news spin me out because wow...there really is a lot going on..but, as always I have hope and faith in all to bring about the changes that we so need and desire by working positively together...Positively positive :-)
