I also try to daily cultivate a practice of 'ahimsa'...no harm...in all I do. I'm one of those people who, when a spider gets in my house, I gently pick it up (yes, in my hands; I'm not girly like that) and set it free outside. It increases mindfulness about the reverence for life in all its forms profoundly :)

lol...I pick every-thing up with my hands...well sometimes not all the spiders, especially in Nepal cause they're usually the size of your hand
