I intend to just be happy
WHY? worrying and being grumpy just creates more worrying but its a hard habit to break so for today i will not worry and will just be happy. I know i can commit to one day and I know it will feel good
HOW TO HELP: DO the same.
my part time job is a waitress and we interact with so many people for sometimes only seconds as we greet you at the door. same with a lot of other service jobs
your grumpy energy for those seconds sticks with me sometimes for the rest of the week so try to spread love not grumpyness
