Envisioning the future of retail

A few weeks ago, before the coronavirus swept across the globe, the good folks at Raydiant asked one of our executives for her thoughts on the future of retail.

Given how much the retail world seems to have changed since the interview was conducted, it’s heartening to read it now and realize it’s still spot on. Some of the credit for that goes to the interviewee, our Chief Sales Officer, Laurie Weisberg. But there’s something else, something more significant, at play.
